Account Coordinator Team Leader
Chelsey joined QPC in June 2007 as an Administrative Assistant and Receptionist, and was promoted to Account Coordinator and later to Team Leader. She is located in our West Des Moines, IA office. Her responsibilities include assisting with the daily administration of qualified plans, including distributions, compliance testing, calculating contributions and allocations, and government reporting. Additional duties include training new Account Coordinators, assisting Retirement Plan Consultants, working directly with clients regarding our services, and assisting staff with a multitude of projects. Prior to joining QPC, Chelsey worked in Financial Services, Sales, and Customer Service.
